     Do you charge "bench time" for when the computer is working but you are not in front of it?

     
Yes, however I only charge it after the fifth hour of bench time.  Which is the amount of time a good number of time they are "benched".  Of course, this only is applicable for services done in my office, not in-home service.

     What if you can't fix it?

     If I try ten things, your are only charged for the one that works. If none of them work you aren't charged for the work.  The only charge is travel time.

     Yes, I am.

     What are your hours?  What days are you open?

     You can call or email me anytime.  However, I am most likely to answer the phone from 11am to 7pm, seven days a week.  I do check my email and voicemail very often, if I am unable to get to the phone right away.

     What kind of warranty do you give on your services?

     That one is very complex due to nature of home computers.  Under most circumstances: 
Software (Tune-Up, Data Transfer. Virus Removal)   7 Days
Hardware (Upgrade, Setup, Networking)   30 Days

     Do you take cash, checks?

     I accept cash and money orders.  Checks are accepted however if it bounces, I will seek to collect the maximum amount under the law.  I also take credit cards via Google checkout and PayPal, which I also accept payments through.
