Do you charge "bench time" for when the
computer is working but you are not in front of it? Yes, however I only charge it after the fifth hour of bench time. Which is the amount of time a good number of time they are "benched". Of course, this only is applicable for services done in my office, not in-home service. |

What if you can't fix it? If I try ten things, your are only charged for the one that works. If none of them work you aren't charged for the work. The only charge is travel time. | |||||

What are your hours? What days are you
open? You can call or email me anytime. However, I am most likely to answer the phone from 11am to 7pm, seven days a week. I do check my email and voicemail very often, if I am unable to get to the phone right away. |

Do you take cash, checks? I accept cash and money orders. Checks are accepted however if it bounces, I will seek to collect the maximum amount under the law. I also take credit cards via Google checkout and PayPal, which I also accept payments through. |
